PUNKY’S SOFT TACO

Ingredients

1 Package of 4 Punky’s Soft Shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 medium tomato diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
Sliced ripe olives
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Salsa

Directions

1. In a pan, crumble and brown ground beef. Drain and add seasoning according to directions on packet. Heat and set aside.

2. Place Punky’s Soft Shells in a skillet on medium to high. Do not add oil. Lightly brown each side for 1-2 minutes. Layer with beef, chicken or steak, cheese, tomato, lettuce, olives, sour cream and salsa.
