PUNKY’S PIZZELLE
Ingredients
1 package of 4 Punky’s Soft Shells
1/2 cup of powdered sugar optional
2 tablespoons of cinnamon optional
Any additional toppings that you desire
Directions
1. Finally, no mixing involved for an easy to make pizzelle in under 4 minutes.
2. Heat pizzelle maker.
3. Add Punky’s Soft Shell without any oil or butter.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Place on cutting board and trim edges with pizza cutter while shell is still warm. Add desired toppings.
6. This recipe can also be made in an oven but the shell will not be as flat or crispy. Follow the same recipe and cook shell at 375º for 10-15 minutes until shell is golden brown or crispy.
