PUNKY’S PITA STRIPS

Ingredients

1 package of 4 Punky’s Soft Shells
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and rosemary; set aside. Cut Punky’s Soft Shell into 1/4 to 1/2 inch strips. Do not add oil.

2. Sprinkle flavoring onto Punky’s Soft Shells

3. Pre heat oven to 375º

4. Place strips onto a pizza screen or baking pan and cook for 5-10 minutes until strips are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on the strips every couple of minutes because they tend to brown easily.
