PUNKY’S PIEROGI PIZZA

Ingredients

1 packet of 4 Punky’s Soft Shells
1 packet of instant or fresh mashed potatoes
1 large diced onion diced
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups of cheddar cheese grated
2 cups of provolone cheese grated
1 can of sauerkraut
1 red onion sliced

Directions

1. Saute onion in butter, stir into potatoes along with cheddar cheese and sauerkraut. Refrigerate to let flavor absorb.

2. Place mixture on top of Punky’s Soft Shell along with cheese. Top with red onion and bake at 450º for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted or crust is golden brown. Add bacon and sour cream if desired.
