PUNKY’S FOUR CHEESE PESTO PIZZA

Ingredients

1 package of 4 Punky’s Soft Shells
1/2 cup pesto
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup of sliced red onion
1/2 cup of sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup of kalamata olives

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450º degrees.

2. In a small bowl, combine Ricotta, Romano, and Parmesan.

3. Spread pesto over the Punky’s Shell. Spread the ricotta, parmesan and feta over the pesto, layer the onions, pepper, and olives over the cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and Italian spices for extra flavor.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Oven temperatures may vary.
