PUNKY’S BEEF & BEAN BURRITO

Ingredients

1 package of 4 Punky’s Soft Shells
1/2 pound ground beef, cooked, drained
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed, drained
2 tablespoons of your favorite Taco
Seasoning Mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 -2 cups of your favorite red or green salsa

Directions

1. In 10-inch skillet, mix beef, beans and taco seasoning mix. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

2. Pre heat Punky’s Soft Shells in a skillet or oven for about 1-2 minutes only to soften shell for easier rolling without cracking shell. Spoon beef mixture down center of each soft shell. Add beef, cheese and black beans. Place seam side down on un greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and add salsa.

3. Bake at 375º F 10 to 15 minutes.
